Find the Right Buyer for Your Business

We guide you every step of the way, from valuation to close of escrow

Business Valuation

The first step in exploring the sale of a business is valuation.  We can leverage our experience to give you an educated opinion of value, or we can serve as the intermediary between you and a highly respected and accredited business valuation company.

Business Summary

We spend the time to get to know the nuts and bolts of your business and the history of your Company. This allows us to produce a comprehensive report for qualified buyers that piques their interest and sets the stage for a Q&A meeting.

Confidential Marketing

Once the Business Summary is complete, we advertise your business for sale in a completely confidential manner using premium ad placements on the most popular business-for-sale websites, and we fully qualify potential buyers before releasing any detailed information.

How do we get started?

Just contact us for a confidential meeting at your business after hours, when employees have gone home for the day.

What happens at the first meeting?

We get to know each other with an initial discussion of your business and the steps involved in achieving a sale.

What documents are required?

Three years of tax returns or Profit & Loss statements. And if the premises are leased, a copy of your lease.

Will I need to finance the sale?

If you have a successful business with good cash flow, the Buyer should be able to purchase your business with an SBA 7(a) loan. A small Seller note is required by most lenders in conjunction with SBA financing.

How long does it take?

A realistic timeframe for determining the value of your business, finding a Buyer, completing contracts and closing escrow is about six months, but it can take as little as three months, or as long as a full year.

How much does it cost?

We charge a success-based fee, which means you pay a commission only if the business sells during the listing agreement timeframe.
